PPLA Coaches have won over 700 games combined as high school head coaches. We have been committed throughout our coaching careers to running programs that are marked by consistency and success. The PPLA coaching staff wants to help you develop the characteristics of a successful program! We are ready to share our philosophy, our practice plans, game strategies – our blueprint for success! The PPLA Coaches are teachers first – and we believe our methods can help any program develop and grow towards success!
What we offer
A resource for coaches and program directors to help in the organization and development of a growing lacrosse program.

Teaching Clinics
We will come to you! Our staff will come work with your players implementing time-tested drills and practice plans. As the on-field work is being done, our coaches will communicate with your staff the methods and philosophy to our system.
Coaching Clinics
At the end of each teaching session with your players, we will break it all down. Using game and practice film along with grease board, we will go over the X’s and O’s and dissect the game into the specific areas covered in practice. All areas are open during this coach’s session – a great opportunity to talk philosophy, practice and game strategy or keys to building a program from square one.
Continuing Support
Once PPLA begins a relationship with your program, we will stay involved as much as desired. After the teaching and coaching clinics are held, we will continue to be a resource through our online clinics and videos, email correspondence, and follow up visits to your assess the development of your program.
Off Season Camps
For more skill work, PPLA is available to run camps and clinics for your program year round. These camps and clinics can be broken down by position, specific for one team, or for all age groups.

we provide a detailed review on all off field involvements including: Practice Plans, game plans, scouting reports, playbooks, off season training programs, college placement ect.
